ARCH OFFICE CLOSED – INTAKE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE VIA PHONE:

Due to the increase in COVID-19, the ARCH office may close unexpectedly. Intakes can still be taken over the phone. Please call the CARE hotline at 423-928-2724 and leave your name and phone number and a CARE Specialist will assist you as soon as possible.

From NETN Regional Health Dept.
We realize that the Homeless population does not have Primary Care Providers. We would recommend they report to the nearest emergency room or if they receive services from the VA, they should seek medical attention through the VA.

The TN Health Dept. recommends you always call ahead to let the provider know they are sick and find out how to proceed.
